KGA is pleased to offer 24 hour service on our Alerton temperature control systems.
For Emergency Service

During Normal Business Hours (8am-5pm M-F): Please call our office at (262)782-5100 and ask for "Warranty Service." You can ask for a specific person, but please note that asking for "Warranty Service" will get an immediate response wheras leaving a voice mail for a specific engineer may delay our response time.

After Normal Business Hours: Please call our office at (262)782-5100. Listen to the recorded instructions and our on call service technician will call you within 30 minutes.

For Non-Emergency Service

Use the same procedure detailed above for normal business hours.

Or

Write your service request in the "Enhancement Opportunity Log" that are located at each engineering workstation. Fax the white copy to us for a prompt response or wait for a KGA technician to visit the jobsite to respond. Please keep the yellow copy of the log sheet so we can keep a paper trail of problems, questions, and concerns.
